Flexable schedule Work from home

Cons

Low pay - what they say you make does not include them deducting a marketplace user fee, connection fee, payroll fee for payshark. Usually - $5 per hour is what they keep as fees from your reported salary. No support - if something goes wrong, good luck. You never get a phone number, managers are overworked and by the time the reply you've lost your caller and your score has dropped. Bad training - you don't get paid for training and they make you pay for it. By the time you actually start training you feel stuck and obligated to keep working with no support. Terrible work environment.

You have the comfort of working from home and creating your own hours.

Cons

I think the SME and MPS forget that they need to show professionalism. I have experienced multiple individuals speak very aggressively, unprofessional, and street grammar. I had a MPS tell me something I did wrong but when I corrected them with evidence, they developed an attitude.
