Pros
Might be a pro for someone but its a con too - Lack of management or any accountability so you can do whatever and not be questioned very much even if you're not doing your job no one will say anything even if they are aware.
Cons
It was a sinking ship before but was some how it was saved think the one shot was wasted on saving it for good. Extremely toxic environment Management does not care about major concerns or issues that need to be addressed The guy who is in charge of sales is not doing jack he doesn't do anything. There is proof of neglect on his end in multiple forms and was shown to Executive level members who didn't care so that explains a lot. Executive level members are kind of clueless and don't care about much if its not about them scamming or making money for themselves
