Pros
Learn something new and meet some amazing people. The bosses are also quite kind and will assist you in a crisis.
Cons
The production management work culture is quite poisonous. The producer takes on greater importance than the organisation. It encourages egoism, a lack of empathy, and a refusal to recognise boundaries. Only personal accomplishment comes first, but the producer cleverly and deftly hides it under "the good of the company." The producer is also always critical. I believe the producer's cynicism and scepticism demotivates coworkers. The production team usually tries to incorporate "family relationships" into the workplace, but I don't think it works. Another thing that surprised me was the company's failure to furnish you with a medical claim. This is bad since the employees work very late, affecting their health.
