Pros
One of the most supportive and loving families I’ve ever worked for. Their efforts to not only make employees but the entire community feel like family go above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. They genuinely care about each person they come in contact with.
Cons
It’s small so the money to be made is capped at the amount of people who can fit in the room. I really wish they had a bigger space to utilize.
