      The compensation is very competitive and it has nice and cozy office.

      Cons

      There's no proper on-boarding for the new engineers. Management like the CTO is terrible in terms of giving the task, there's no clear goal what are you going to accomplish...

      Flexibility, open to hearing new ideas, no one is looking over your shoulder,

      Extreme lack of resources and manpower, lack of funding resulting in less than competitive pay, extremely crowded field, not a very profitable venture
