Good benefits but have found ways to put more cost on the employee and more $$s in the corporate financial sheet
Cons
Management turn over every 18-24 months...each time with new changes and directions leaves employees with the attitude "well here come another MBA" that is passing thru! If you don't have a MBA don't expect to be valued and considered for career opportunities.
