      Pros

      Gill is a great company to work for. They are understanding of personal manors when needing time off. They are great about giving bonus and extras for a job well done.

      Cons

      Depending on the job you do 40 hours is not a normal work week. There deadline that have to be met so it can get stressful at times.

      Fair management and good compensation for hard workers

      Cons

      Can be stressful; a few mandatory Saturdays per year

      So many thing- High turn over staff- Bad management - low payment......
