Flexible when it comes to other obligations. A lot of work is phone / computer based, allowing the freedom to not be in the office. Work environment is great.

Work - Life balance is not exactly top tier. This position is not a typical sales role, as you can be responsible for everything from sale / recruitment / management / etc.

They are more than fair with their starting pay. They offer Perdiem. They look at your experience and lined you up with a company that you can use it with. in my experience with staffing services, they would stick whoever wherever whenever regardless where you’re being stuck as the bottom of the barrel new guy who has no clue what’s going on. They are very understanding and very helpful, very professional and and it has been a pleasure working for them and arc2. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great company to work for. It’s nice to work for someone that puts as much effort and care into their employees for a change.
