Pros
Everyone is treated well, benefits are great-HSA health care, sick days and vacation that is competitive, and a 401k match which is setting us all up to be able to retire with the same or more income than we have while working. The owners do care about the employees and want to set us all up for success.
Cons
In my opinion there are no cons, this is not a large corporation it is a small family owned company so there is more required from each person working here but also we all get treated differently than in a corporation. Each person matters to the company at Gilson.
