Pros
Had many nice coworkers (although most of them already quit by now)… Employee retention is under two years for a reason.
Cons
Management is comprised of selfish people only acting in their own best interest, earning too much money for making bad decisions all day long. They don’t care about the employees, the projects or the client. Workdays are long, workload is huge. Deadlines are often impossible. And as a designer you’ll spend all your time in senseless meetings with the higher-ups instead of actually working, so they may feel important. Side note: Don’t get fooled by the seemingly happy culture, and values like „people first“ … you’ll notice fast, that it is just a facade.
