Pros
Very much a family feel to this place...they preach teamwork and do their best to invoke that philosophy into everything they do. They provide a family meal for all to enjoy for both the AM and PM shifts and while you're allowed to eat as much as you like, you are not allowed to take any home. They do their best to properly train their incoming employees and take every effort to do so.
Cons
Primary con; they don't pay very well. The fact of the matter is they have a lot of "side work" they expect their waitstaff to manage after they have been cut from their shift and this can take anywhere from 60-90 minutes sometimes. As for management/supervisors, they are well below the standard minimum for like positions at other restaurants in the valley. The hours aren't bad but the for the time you are there, the pay is not commiserate with the expectations of the position(s). Lastly, there is virtually no advancement opportunities given they are a single building company. They have discussed adding stores but have not broken ground to date and by all accounts are not close to doing so.
