Pros are for those who know how to lick boots. people who really want to work are being insulted.
Cons
They do not respect designation. Here everyone is expected to provide support to client rather than working on their own job responsibilities. Outdated technology has been used by them that makes their product very week. Do not focus on employee satisfation, apl they want is employess to work 24/7 and if a employee is working entire night then 80Rs that too after 10pm will be provided to employee.
