Terrible employer. - Waiter/Server Giraffe Concepts Employee Review

Virtually no income from 'Tronc'. The hourly rate was fine (minimum) but the thing that angered me was the fact that there is virtually nothing paid to the waiter from service charge. Fair enough to share it out but DEFINITELY should be shared EQUALLY. Almost all of it was given to assistant managers to pay them (GM exempt from Tronc). I had a terrible time at Giraffe, and would advise anyone thinking about it to AVOID!
