      High impact because of GitHub being the obvious choice Working with really talented people Fun and helpful culture

      Frequent leadership/org changes can be noisy (I mostly ignore this)

      Remote work with some really great team mates

      Cons

      Currently GitHub seems to be all over the place and with some key Leadership moving on, the replacements seem to be mainly coming from MSFT.
