Pros
Loved being a hubber. The talent and professionalism at GitHub were top notch. If not for the massive layoffs I would still be there and if opportunity to return comes up I am very likely to accept.
Cons
Maybe a little turbulence as management style transition more and more to MS model. Honestly no real cons
