-The company always looking for a new-hired employee for a higher position, not try to promoting or training the employee from the lower position to be ready as expected by management.
-People on low position would not be prepared for a higher position.
-Offered to be redirected to a job which matches to our passion, but in fact, no such a thing. The company will keep looking for a new "ready to use" employee from the outside. So, the opportunity will be fulfiled by the new-hired employee.
