There is actually none. Experienced planner can consider future openings in this role. Just do your job quietly and perfectly to not attract any attention. This is not a place for inexperienced worker. Cab is provided at Jurong east.
Cons
RDC has a small team with less than 20 people. All planners are Chinese. Given that place is isolated, there is not much moderation of co workers within the team. The longer you work there, the more authority you command. Don’t be surprised that coworker who are displeased with your work are allowed to shout and lecture at you unprofessionally. This is the same treatment given to our logistics partners. It is better to work in Woodlands HQ where HR is there to moderate employees. There is no HR located in RDC. Any dispute will just go in favour of more experienced employees. Because why bother trusting someone who is new? There is no canteen there as well. Just treat this place as an SME working environment in built with MNC system.
