Pros

Reasonable home-office conditions (4 days HO, 1 day office) Various soft- and hard skill trainings also from outside providers available to those interested Diversity is good considering local conditions (many female managers, internationals, disabled colleagues etc.) Good work-life balance Nice office environment Not too heavy corporate culture

Cons

The company ignored the current inflationary situation for most of the year, even withholding salary raises for certain groups of employees. This resulted in an increased turnover, some teams keep operating with 1-2 missing FTE. Some teams can be very passive, and since decisions by management take long, it can sometimes feel like fighting against the wind when trying to change/improve something.
