The people who do the grunt work: CR, Sales, Sales Ops, Drivers! and put up with the unfriendly environment because they need a paycheck.

Management is clueless as to how to run a successful Sales department and Company as a whole. Owners are completely uninvolved in the management of the company they don't get along so you can expect disfunction elsewhere. Senior Management calling all the shots to the demise of the company and the people who believe in the company's mission. It is a sad, sad place to work unless you are buddies with senior management and do all of his bidding. Offices outside of California are completely unsuccessful and unnecessary money and focus is out elsewhere when the SF Bay area is bleeding customers and Employees alike.
