Pros

Strong Team atmosphere. Excellent work environment. Sell a Private Direct platform to Agencies & Brands. Hands On management.

Cons

I have been working with the team for 3 months and I have no Cons to provide. 2017 looks extremely positive as GlassView continues to bring new advertisers on board.

Pros

Smart, motivated teammates and a lot of ownership for individuals. Fast pace means you can learn quickly and build skills across functions.

Cons

Fast pace can blur boundaries during busy periods, and priorities can shift quickly in a lean team.

Pros

The most compelling reason to be at GlassView is our proprietary technology. Having exclusive access to tools that measure human emotion during live campaigns is a total game-changer; we are providing insights that were previously impossible to capture. It’s rare to be at a company with a legitimate shot at achieving category leadership in a new field of digital advertising. The environment is fast-paced with a "speed of decision-making" that you simply don't find at larger firms. Beyond the tech, the team is exceptional. They are a small, dedicated group that is always prepared to go the extra mile and genuinely collaborates to win.

Cons

As with any company experiencing this kind of trajectory, we are outgrowing our current infrastructure. To reach the next level, we need to continue investing in our internal systems and expanding the executive layer. We are currently "building the plane while flying it," so it requires a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and a desire to help build the foundation from the ground up.
