Pros

Good projects: The nature of the work and the projects themselves are interesting and provide opportunities to learn and build hands-on experience. Learning opportunity: Especially suitable for fresh graduates or interns looking to get exposure to real-world scenarios and gain practical skills. Some flexibility: The company does offer a bit of flexibility in working hours, which can be helpful depending on your role.

Cons

Change in management has negatively impacted the culture and overall work atmosphere. Zero structured processes in place, leading to confusion, poor planning, and disorganized execution. Lack of growth opportunities – very limited scope for career advancement or skill development beyond the initial learning phase. No additional benefits apart from the salary – no perks, wellness support, or incentives. Unfriendly work culture – colleagues and teams are not collaborative, which makes the workday feel longer and more stressful. Despite good projects, poor planning and management make even great work look bad. Not recommended for experienced professionals looking for stability, structure, or long-term career prospects. Too much office politics for such a small company, creating a toxic and demotivating environment.
