Cons
Some on the business side of the company don't know what they're doing. It can be frustrating to work with some people when they clearly have no experience with their role and yet because of their title, you have to accept what they say. It has happened more than once where a person performed well in one role and was promoted to a completely different position (despite having no experience in the new area) just because "they deserve the promotion."
The business side also has its priorities and is a little narrow minded when it comes to other potential opportunities. They are also undermanned, which means only the projects they think are most important get their attention and time which leads to delays and frustration.
