Pros

- Technical ability of the teams is high - Everyone is nice and very work focussed - Competitive salaries and increasingly better benefits - Fully remote working available for all engineers, with an office option

Cons

- Maternity and Paternity leave is not competitive - Not for those looking for a community-focussed work environment, after-work socials, out-of-office activities, etc - Not for those looking for heavy guidance, work here relies on autonomy, maturity and initiative

Pros

The company actually cares about employee happiness and growth, and coworkers trust and respect each other. I have a lot of faith that upper management is making solid decisions, and the future looks bright.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly in a new technology and needs to respond to market needs, long-term project planning can be tricky. It helps if you're a person who can go with the flow.

Thank you for this review. It's moving to see the recognition and appreciation of the efforts that go into Organisational Health and Employee Engagement at Glasswall. We do as you say follow a Lean Development approach. Working on technology that is still emerging in the market and not yet mainstream, we need to be adaptive to early feedback. Using principles from the Eric Ries book 'The Lean Startup'. It's an exciting and fast learning, fast growth environment, but does come with a pace that is not suitable for all.
