Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased to hear you had a positive experience with the people, work environment, and flexibility during your time at Glasswall. We appreciate your feedback regarding team structure and favoritism. Since your time with the company, we’ve undergone significant changes to how we operate, particularly in Customer Support, where we restructured the team almost three years ago to improve clarity, accountability, and responsiveness to our users. This transformation was an important step in becoming more customer-centric and aligning our internal teams to better support long-term success. While decisions around restructuring and layoffs are never easy, we always aim to handle them with transparency and respect. Thank you again for your contributions to the team, and we wish you the very best in your next chapter.

Pros

The company actually cares about employee happiness and growth, and coworkers trust and respect each other. I have a lot of faith that upper management is making solid decisions, and the future looks bright.

Cons

Because the company is growing quickly in a new technology and needs to respond to market needs, long-term project planning can be tricky. It helps if you're a person who can go with the flow.

Thank you for this review. It's moving to see the recognition and appreciation of the efforts that go into Organisational Health and Employee Engagement at Glasswall. We do as you say follow a Lean Development approach. Working on technology that is still emerging in the market and not yet mainstream, we need to be adaptive to early feedback. Using principles from the Eric Ries book 'The Lean Startup'. It's an exciting and fast learning, fast growth environment, but does come with a pace that is not suitable for all.
