      - CEO Jordan Smyth has been a breath of fresh air. He truly cares about his employees and customers. - There is a positive view on the importance of the work/life balance. - The amount of growth that the company has been experiencing has allowed for new hires even throughout the pandemic. - 100% transparency in what the company is doing. - Great work culture and wonderful coworkers

      Cons

      Working remote can be taxing and if you are not self-motivated, this might not be the best work environment for you.

      Remote working sometimes takes a toll on your mental health but they've added mental health days
