If you claim you have a diverse workplace in job description, please behave as what you claim in the public. Please, please, please, show your respect to each employee, leaders! It's not a white company, but what your attitude is to tell your employees that you embrace race discrimination in your mind strongly and deeply. Exactly, Gleeds is a British company, but don't present yourself as a blue-blood person, in fact, you are nothing! Be fair to everyone, including African American, Asians, Latinos, and other colorful races. Otherwise, nobody is willing to work for you!!!
