      -Bonus (at least half of your annual salary) -Really International -Mulitcultural -Great Restraurant -Car Benefits -Learing by doing philosophy

      Cons

      If you want money and nothing else best fit... -Pure Fire and Hire. -no talent-management -free speach and "hands on" mentality, but boy it hits you form all sides when you raise an idea.
