Pros
Bonuses are nice, but do not compensate the long hours. Christmas parties usually nice. Lunch break usually one hour & sports facility ok.
Cons
Lot of work. Month end closures are a nightmare. Very old fashioned working style. No new techniques to paperwork or even any aspect of work. Lot of bullying in work, especially if you do not fit in . Always need to watch out for traders moods. Business is volatile and stressful. No long holidays allowed. Long hours.
