- Good benefits: good food at canteen which is sponsored, gym at the company, kita subsidy, etc. - Flat structure, no redundant hierachy - Colleagues in IT Dept is nice, supportive, not too stressful workload

Cons

- Slow to change, aging workforce - 4 days in office required
