Pros
Company has a name in the industry and good base of business. They have developed some interesting services and have a (sort of) national presence as well as Canada.
Cons
Owner was supposed to be hands-off but instead has run the company into the ground. High turn-over. Unrealistic expectations. Bottleneck decision-making process. Owner unwilling to face facts. Board is made up of friends and relatives who invested and they are as blind as he is.
