Unfortunately, these changes appear to have negatively impacted the company's culture. The new leadership's approach seems to prioritize rigid time commitments, multiple policy changes —such as enforcing rigid 9-hour office days everyday—over fostering a culture of efficiency and employee satisfaction. This shift would lead to a loss of good talent & top contributors, as the emphasis on time spent in the office may come at the expense of maintaining a positive and productive work environment. A culture that values happier and more efficient employees tends to yield better results than one focused on time-locking employees at the expense of their morale.
