Good people, good management. Flexible.

Dangled the carrot too much without follow though.

Global 360 is run like a business but has the human feel of a family company. The company-wide culture promotes teamwork and collaboration. Management doesn't just preach "open door policy" they practice it. Leadership is also willing to support employees in their community involvement efforts.

It's a mid-sized company with a great benefits package, but some benefits offered by the giants aren't available as yet, such as tuition reimbursement. The company is pretty spread out and so at times, employees can feel a little disconnected.
