      Pros

      People get promoted for screwing up big time. Welfare not bad, plausibly everyone fly business class on SQ for business trips. For the folks that does work, there is a good level of integrity, efficiency, and due diligence.

      Cons

      You wished you were European at least easier to get things done, plausibly shorter work hours. Hardworking folks are overloaded but don't get much recognition. Smart people don't do much work, play politics, fly all over the world on business class without much accountability, and simply blame the doers when things go wrong. Rewards & recognition is not fairly exercised. Too political. Plausible abuse of powers at high level.

      I've been working at Global Blue for over 7 years, and it’s been an incredible journey. If you're looking for a place where you can build a long-term career while being part of a fantastic team, I highly recommend Global Blue!

      While Global Blue offers great opportunities for growth, benefits can vary depending on the country you're in. It would be great to see more consistency in benefits packages across regions.
