      Pros

      Over time is the only pro I could say about this place.

      Cons

      Low pay. A lot of drama between coworkers, it’s like high school. Only way you’ll move up is if you’re family. All supervisors, leads and manager are related. I looked up the reviews out of curiosity and it seems like nothing has changed.

      Pros

      Overtime was great, coworkers made overtime easy.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations & super micromanaged. Upper management called meetings to hear themselves speak and belittle their leads on the floor.
