      has some good programs underway; good leadership by new president Pierre Jacquet

      Cons

      lack of transparency in sharing JDs with employees that have been sent to audit agencies during salary matching & corresponding; HR is very sloppy. Redressal system only exists in paper. should be more employee friendly
