Working for this organization has strengthened my teamwork, problem-solving, communication, and professional skills while allowing me to support and contribute effectively to the team’s success.

The flow of communication within the organization should be improved. Instructions or policies should be communicated to the appropriate department/person before being shared with others.

I value the most working with the executive leadership at Global. They have an open door policy and are always there if I need support or guidance. Finding a CEO who not only cares about the bottom line but genuinely cares about the well being of each and every person that works at Global is hard to find. You never feel like you’re just a butt in a seat working at Global.

No cons so far alright.
