Pros
- You share a cake with your coworkers on your birthday month (this might've been discontinued actually?) - If you're one of the lucky few with a window nearby, the view of downtown Brickell is gorgeous and a nice break from your suffocating workload
Cons
- Even with great annual performance reviews, the pay is abyssal and there is very little room for growth - Instead of advancing in the company, employees get heavier workloads to accommodate for lack of staff. Double the work, same pay, often until the company finally brings in someone new. Your efforts during this time period will go completely unnoticed btw - Upper management is clueless with the operations and processes of other departments. - Unrealistic goals are set due to the above unfamiliarity of corporate and there is very uneven distribution of work among entire departments and positions - Technical problems get in the way of work a lot (To be fair this has improved a little)
