- good pay for the area - at the time the work was hybrid - lots of students so if you got the right bunch work was great - benefits !!
Cons
- nepotism is ripe - management are indeed only focused on getting their next career jump, its going to get in the way of you doing your job - turn over rate of management and staff - lack of training until many complaints were made
