Pros
Working with Global Excel Management has been a fantastic experience. What really stands out is their work culture. The team is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly dedicated to keeping their employees happy. They make sure that the office is very interactive and host a lot of events throughout the month to ensure that. Would totally recommend anyone willing to work here.
Cons
There's not really any con I can think about. The closest one is when the work pressure is a little high during peak seasons. It gets very overwhelming during times like those. However, we do have a designated "quiet room" that we could use to just get some time off for ourselves to do a mini mental reset.
