Great place to work. I learned a lot, I really felt that the manager was more of a mentor then a boss. I hope you see the difference as it is important . I love this kind of work also the work environment. Asked about and helped achieve goals. The thing I like is that everything is merit based. After working here you will see that any negative reviews were left by people that just want a pay check for doing nothing. People that aren't willing to work for their goals. But also want to blame other people where they are at in life.

Simple work, but not easy. You have to be willing to work and step outside your comfort zone.

The company is very selective in their hiring process. Only willing to work with motivated people, not people that require micromanagement. The guaranteed pay is only decent, still better than most jobs available in today's economy, however the bonus structure from their clients definitely reward the individuals that put in the best efforts.
