- WFH flexibility (maybe / maybe not anymore?) - Simple clock in / clock out, no extra baggage to deal with at home.

- No real room for movement

Thank you very much for your review on our company. We appreciate your honest feedback. We still currently only about 10 people working in the office, everyone else is working from home which is an option for everyone after they learn all accounts for their team and their performance is held at our standard. And it is true, we are basically a Tier 1 help desk support and employees do move on after a year or two if they're desiring to grow in another tech support position. We understand the nature of our business, but it is a great place to get started and learn the basics and then some.

Pros

Good leadership, excellent employee care, and a great start for your IT journey. After my Navy contract ended I came here to learn and excel. My passion for IT grew working here, and I was able to gain the necessary help desk experience. GHDSI is flexible, understanding, and phenomenal when it comes to pretty much anything. The workplace environment is friendly and you will surely get a long with your team members as well. I was on the Charlie Team and we were unstoppable! Steve is an amazing CEO and there is a reason why they won Top workplace four times. If you work hard, they will recognize your efforts and achievements. Nothing will be overlooked.

Cons

The only Cons I have is that there are times where the companies you help service will have outages. It’s a rare occurrence, but when it does happen, the workload can be tough. However our Team Leads prepare for these moments and help ease the blow. With a strong team, you can get through it easily.

Pros

Remote work Great entry level place to learn IT Management does look after you HR is helpful ( first time I have good things to say about HR) Benefits are great Vacation time can be moved over to the next year if not used but had to be used within 3 months of the year. Vacation time could be borrowed

Cons

Initial training was great but Training for new clients was very short and it was more of a learn as you go. Remote but only in the US
