Good leadership, excellent employee care, and a great start for your IT journey. After my Navy contract ended I came here to learn and excel. My passion for IT grew working here, and I was able to gain the necessary help desk experience. GHDSI is flexible, understanding, and phenomenal when it comes to pretty much anything. The workplace environment is friendly and you will surely get a long with your team members as well. I was on the Charlie Team and we were unstoppable! Steve is an amazing CEO and there is a reason why they won Top workplace four times.
If you work hard, they will recognize your efforts and achievements. Nothing will be overlooked.
Cons
The only Cons I have is that there are times where the companies you help service will have outages. It’s a rare occurrence, but when it does happen, the workload can be tough. However our Team Leads prepare for these moments and help ease the blow. With a strong team, you can get through it easily.
