Pros

In the spirit of transparency, absolutely none.

Cons

- Company leadership displays a strong and inflexible bias towards certain political views and ways of working, they are not open to diverse perspectives or original thought. - SMT has a tendency to overly inflate the company's value with a lot of hubris, deliver long and insulting monologues, and often disparages dissenting views in an unprofessional manner (i.e. nasty words, public admonishments and humiliation, and a lack of tolerance for dissent). - An organizational culture seems to exist that stifles open and honest communication, characterized by leadership that publicly chastises and exhibits hostility towards those who hold different opinions. - There is a pervasive lack of management and prioritization skills within the SMT, leading to micromanagement, irrational decision-making, and subpar work outcomes. An obsession with trivialities, such as employee punctuality to the minute, amplifies feelings of being undervalued and is compounded by expectations of long working hours beyond 6pm. Additionally, there is a clear disparity between the job description marketed to candidates and the actual job experience. - A company culture of contradiction: staff are urged to maintain professionalism in an environment where leaders themselves resort to unprofessional language and behavior with impunity. - The SMT exhibits a toxic dynamic, characterized by poor communication, blatant disregard for employees' professional and personal boundaries, and inconsistent directives, fostering a chaotic work environment - On a personal note, I perceived the business to be built on a weak product and business model, and doubt the sustainability of this company. Most critically, there is a deep irony between the company's stated ideals and mission to 'redesign society' on the one hand, and its internal operations, which seem to contradict and undermine the very ideals it purports to uphold. In my experience, the company's activities provided no discernible benefit to either individual employees or society at large.

Pros

Cons

terrible culture CEO is senile and changes decision all the time Management that is spineless that does not make decisions based on the interests of the team, but more looking at their own personal interests very often lies to client (which is why they dont get consistent work) they force you to sell to your family members and you get chastised for not doing so
