Pros
When I first started a career at GK looked promising and so was the pay. Opportunity for advancement Promising Culture
Cons
-Culture - If you call circling the drain a culture -Nobody knows if GK is going to be around in a year not even GK -There is allot of misplaced trust in upper management who has no clue what the pulse if sales is like or the culture and unfortunately its this upper management who is making the decisions. -The do not train new sales reps, they just throw them onto the sales floor and hope for the best -In an effort to save money they have reduced the amount of sales managers, gotten rid of assistant mangers and now overload the ones that still remain. Three managers for nearly 90 reps. -Another effort to save money is cutting jobs in the US and moving them to India, this has not worked out so far and has caused more issues that create a more negative experience for our customers. From initial looks they are looking to move most of the inside sales teams to India now.
