Pros
They've been very professional, always responsive with questions or concerns. I've been working for them for a short time, but it's all been positive so far and I've been treated very well.
Cons
The online training and safety courses often times will have little or nothing to do with our regular day-to-day job. Many times it's been mostly a waste of time, but that's a first-world problem.
