Pros
Many things are project based so you get to be creative with your schedule. The salary is good in most cases. Co-workers are fun to work with and we all try to keep the environment relaxed.
Cons
Poor Communication resulting in a lot of half finished projects or poor outcomes Lack of a solid direction (may be changing soon) Salary is good, but in my case does not reflect my work load and achievements for the company. My position started with very minimal travel and has evolved into more time away from my family then with them.
