Best Youth Empowerment non-profit organization I ever worked for. The people are friends and the mission and the organization is amazing.

Not enough funding for the type of work Global Potential does.

Very good team to work with. A great program with a lot of potential. It is always refreshing to work with youth.

Not a very good work environment. It shares the building with a karaoke bar and a dance saloon, and there is always noise and smoke coming inside of the building. During the summer it gets to hot, and in the winter to cold. A lot of improvisation happening
