Communication was good and you can tell HR is solid. Review process was good.

Too much expectation from small teams. Management and roles changed frequently, lots of restructure and uncertainty. Not many team-building events, pay wasn't great and the company lacks a personable touch. No benefits or bonuses that I'm aware of.

Supportive and collaborative work culture that encourages knowledge sharing. Ample opportunities to work on diverse projects and cross-functional initiatives. Managers are approachable. Flexibility with hybrid/remote work setup. Learning is a continuous focus to process improvement. Employees are given ownership and responsibility, which helps in skill development.

Some internal processes can be slow or unclear sometimes. Workload can get heavy during peak project periods. Except for the cons listed, my overall experience at GPI has been very good.
