Pros
Working from home, only having to deal with Chat/Email contacts, supposedly.
Cons
Pay only being $16/hour, have to have 100% availability for shift schedules. Bait and Switch when first being offered the job, and then rescinding that offer for no reason other than they probably extended offer letters to too many people.
