Pros

Literally nothing about that job was worth it.

Cons

Pay was terrible, account managers are terrible, team leads are not good at their jobs, the attendance policy is trash (not allowed to take Mondays off even if they're scheduled beforehand), every contract is back to back calls, and every aspect of your job is micromanaged.
