      They give free training every single day. No seniority.

      Cons

      If you want to grow in this company, you must be in it for the long haul. They lie about the starting off pay, they lie about base pay, they lie about the hours and they lie about what the job is. If you have a family or enjoy having free time, this is not the job for you.

      SPARK had Dubai's & Abudhabi's prestigious projects at the time when I joined.

      Cons

      People management and project management was very poor.
